Peter Siegel, MBA, founder and CEO of USABizMart.com and Business Exchange Network, Inc. was a business broker, small business appraiser and consultant to business buyers, sellers and brokers for 12 years--involved in the sale or appraisal of thousands of small and mid-sized businesses--before creating a network of business for sale related websites in 1993.

He also serves as a consultant with the Federal Small Business Administration (SBA), and to other SBA consultants and counselors and their clients throughout the nation on the topic of selling and buying small businesses.

Additionally, he has been a principal--either the founder, buyer, or seller--involved with six successful small businesses in the service, retail, and distribution industries between 1980 and 1992.
