Brokers: Time To Re-Think No Co-op Policy?

Refusal by about 70% of business brokers to cooperate with their fellow licensees--real estate sales professionals as well other business brokers--places an impediment in the marketplace that can slow down the process by which potential business buyers are able to find, and to purchase suitable small businesses.
