How Long Should I Keep Pursuing This Seller?

I am lost, no response from my seller... days have gone by and his broker or the seller... The urge is there to move on, but I have such a huge time investment!. When do you give up on a deal? That help is badly needed. What's are the indications of a dead deal? I would love to get some feed back... Comments & Advice From Peter:Even if you are looking at past deals, ALWAYS BE SEARCHING for new deals - this seller has been tough to work with all along - don't expect any changes now. Maybe call both the broker every week for a few weeks and see if the status has changed with them, but by all means keep looking for other businesses on the market. Even though you have alot invested in this deal emotionally and financially don't get stuck on it - I see it all the time with business buyers.• Technorati • del.icio.us • Digg It • Furl • ma.gnolia • Spurl • Yahoo MyWeb
