What A Day - Got A Great Listing & It's My Birthday!

I am always fascinated by businesses that are not what they seem. I got a call to see this small retail store, only 900 sq ft. It really doesn't look like much. It's in a terrible location in a strip mall that more people fail in than succeed. The store looks like it could use a little renovation but it's neat and organized.

What a shock to find out they are the number one store of their kind in all of Orange County. At the end of the day, it's all about the numbers and theirs rock! Better yet, it's all on tax returns.

I think this will be a very good listing for me and I'm excited about it.

As if I needed another sign...I got it on my birthday too!
