Presented by Greg Lafin of Gregory Financial Group LLC and Ed Morris of Grant Thornton LLP. A discussion of the cash versus accrual method of accounting and how it applies to the sales price of a business.
We will also have a discussion about normalized cash flow and how a seller can make changes to the accounting numbers in order to change the price. A few examples will be presented. Networking starts at 8:00 a.m. and the meeting will kick off with introductions at 8:30 a.m. Whether you are a buyer, seller, broker or anyone involved with the sale of a business, you will not want to miss the first MBBI breakfast meeting of the year.
