Business.gov, is a useful one-stop web site to help businesses comply with federal law, can save businesses both time and money. A new survey confirmed this, when 72 percent of businesses responding said they saved up to 25 hours. Almost half of the businesses said they saved money using the service.
Business.gov has information on compliance, business law, business library, business licenses and permits, launching a business, and advertising and marketing. It's also a place to find federal forms, a business library, and business law information.
The numbers are also impressive: 11,000 business owners visit the site each day, and many are small business owners.
Business.gov is managed by the U.S. Small Business Administration in partnership with 21 other federal agencies.
