A business broker has many businesses for you to consider; however, you must keep in mind that there is no such thing as that "picture perfect" business. Another vital thing to keep in mind is at some point you must be able to make the "leap of faith" that separates you from being a "looker" to a "doer." This isn't easy, but it must happen if you are ever going to be in business for yourself.
Your business broker will work hard for you if you do your homework and fit the profile of a serious buyer. It is important for prospective buyers to understand that bringing serious buyers and sellers together is the broker's full-time job and livelihood.
