Gathering Documents For The Buyer Of My Business

Over the last four days, I have been gathering documents for my buyer. For example: I made copies of tax returns and add backs, sales tax returns, franchise agreements. The Buyer has opened escrow and has started to work on his business plan and loan. I have a meeting scheduled for Monday with the Buyer to sign additional documents for the Alcohol Beverage and Control transfer and hand over the documents I previously mentioned. So far so good. I will keep you posted.
P.S. I am still fielding phone calls! Comments & Advice From Peter:I am glad to hear you are still taking phone calls and emails from your advertising from other interested buyers - remember 50% of all deals fall out. Have buyers lined up!
